Trying to write a poem

As I sit here
And try to write
My mind turns blank
The page stays white

I can't understand
I've written before
But this time I can't
Find the words I adore

This time I struggle
To put words into flow
To come up with a poem
That will give readers a show

So I write this
With no ideas in mind
Please don't hate it?
Please be kind?

Now this poem is finished
I hope it's good enough
For I'm not the best
And I find poems tough
